Call for entries: Annual calendar 2025

The deadline for submissions is 10 June 2024, 23.59 h

forum - Kunstuniversität Linz is planning to publish an annual calendar for the first time in 2025, which will represent an exciting cross-section of works by our graduates who are also members of the forum - Kunstuniversität association.

Theme: the annual climate
The climate, climate protection, climate activists, climate change, the climate crisis; the working climate or the climate for dialogue - the climate affects us all every day and in every season.

The main topic of conversation is often the weather. Most of the time, it doesn't match the individual's current mood. It is too hot, too cold, too foggy, too damp, too dry, or simply the wrong season. Yet every condition is a spectacle, and there are impressive things to observe at any time of year, day or night.
But there are also different moods and atmospheres in our living and working environment which, depending on the climate, trigger emotions that characterise and influence us.
We ask for contributions in portrait format on this topic.

Description:
The annual calendar is printed as a high-quality art calendar in a special format.
An image of an artistic work is selected for each month. The image will be printed in approximately A3 / portrait format.
The motifs can be, for example Illustration of artworks (paintings, graphics, photography, etc.), objects or installations as well as documentation photos of performative actions or screenshots from films, etc.

Conditions of participation:
